Privacy Policy

Woodworking Plans Guide is a static educational website. It has no accounts, comments, newsletter or forms, and we do not ask for your name or email address. This page explains the limited data involved in running it.

What we collect

• Anonymous traffic statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, referring sites and general device and country information. Cloudflare describes this service as not using cookies or fingerprinting and not tracking individual visitors across sites.
• Offer-link clicks. Links to a third-party offer pass through an address on this site (/go/…) so we can count clicks. For each click we record the date, the page the click came from, a short campaign or source label (for example, the site where your visit began) and the referring website name. We do not record your IP address, name or email in this data set.
• Session storage. If you arrive from a link that includes a source label, your browser may keep that short label until you close the tab (browser “session storage”). It never leaves your device except as the source label on an offer-link click, and it is not a cookie.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. This is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.

What happens when you click an offer

If you follow the affiliate link on our buying guide, you leave this site. The seller and the affiliate network (ClickBank) will receive the click, may set their own cookies, and handle your purchase and personal data under their own policies. We receive from them only aggregated reports (for example, number of clicks and confirmed sales attributed to a tracking label), not your personal details.

Search tools

We use Google Search Console, which reports how our pages appear in Google Search. It does not place any code on this site that tracks you.

Your choices

You can block scripts or clear session storage in your browser; the site works without them. Offer links still function if the source label is missing. If you contact us by email, we use your message only to reply and keep it only as long as needed.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we add analytics, advertising or other tools, we will update this page before they go live. Questions: see Contact.

This is a plain-language policy for a small site, not legal advice. Have it reviewed if your circumstances or the laws that apply to you require it.
